Reza Mokarram Aydenlou, Ph.D., is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Chartered Engineer (C.Eng), and Structural Engineer (S.E.) with more than 15 years of experience in seismic retrofitting and structural rehabilitation. A full member of ASCE and FEANI/VDI, he has led design teams on major projects involving buildings, bridges, and non-structural components. Reza authored key Persian books on seismic retrofitting and Seismic Rehabilitation Methods for Existing Buildings (Elsevier, 2020). He actively mentors within ASCE and lectures in structural and earthquake engineering at Shomal University. His work includes post-earthquake assessments, notably after the 2017 Kermanshah earthquake. Reza focuses on advancing seismic safety and education by developing practical solutions and sharing knowledge with engineers worldwide.
