Social networks have created a plethora of problems regarding privacy and the protection of personal data. ?Vanessa Karen Kirch is an international lawyer admitted to the Bar Association in Cologne, Germany. She holds a J.D. obtained in Germany as well as an LL.M. and a J.S.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
