Dr. Longyue Zhao is a University Professor and Dean of the School of International Governance Innovation at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Dr. Zhao has long been engaged in teaching and researching on international economic and trade rules, international economic negotiations, China-US economic and trade relations, international organizations and international governance. He is also a Director of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Executive Director of the China Association for World Trade Organization Studies of the Ministry of Commerce, and Executive Director of the China Society of International Economic Law, etc. Professor Zhao has received a doctorate degree in economics from Renmin University of China, and a master’s degree in public policy management from Georgetown University in the United States.
