This book presents the proceedings of HSMV2023, the 13th International Symposium on High Speed Marine Vehicles, held from 23 to 25 October 2023 in Naples, Italy. It provides a platform for the presentation and discussion of developments in the design, construction and operation of high speed marine vessels. More than 40 submissions were received; 27 papers were selected for presentation and publication in this book after a rigorous review process.
