Integral safety plays a significant role in the design of motor vehicles, in user survey results and in reporting in specialized journals or on the internet. Development conditions change at ever shorter intervals due to new laws, rating programs and CAE methods. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rodolfo Schoeneburg has more than 35 years of experience in the field of vehicle safety in leadership roles at leading vehicle manufacturers. Until 2022, he taught the subject “Integral Vehicle Safety” at the HTW and TU in Dresden and supports engineering service providers and restraint system suppliers with his consulting office RSC Safety Engineering. For his contributions to safety, he has been recognized with numerous international awards.
