This is an open access book. 2025 4th International Conference on Public Service, Economic Management and Sustainable Development (PESD 2025) will be held from Sep. 26 to 28 in Dali, China. It dedicates to create a platform for academic communications between specialists and scholars in the fields of Public Service, Economic Management and Sustainable Development.
With the support of all participants and experts, PESD has successfully been held three times. The first three sessions of PESD were held online. In previous years, we invited several professors, including Prof. Luiz Moutinho(Visiting Fellow and Professor of Marketing, Suffolk Business School, University of Suffolk, England; Visiting Professor of Marketing, The Marketing School, Portugal.), Prof. Qihui Chen, and Prof. Md. Mamun Habib, to deliver keynote speeches online, attracting around 150 active participants from releated fields. Even though conferences were held online, everyone participated enthusiastically in the conference, engaging in active discussions with the speakers about their speeches.
 
PESD 2025 is the Public Service, Economic Management and Sustainable Development conference aimedat presenting current research being carried out. Economic development provides the basic material basis for public services, and public services create a good social foundation for economic development. At the same time, social and economic aspects need to jointly promote sustainable development. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, establish business or research relations, and find global partners for future collaboration.
