Prof. Dr. Patrick Siarry, Laboratoire Images, Signaux et Systèmes Intelligents, University Paris-Est Cré, Paris, France. Patrick Siarry was born in France in 1952. He received the PhD degree from the University Paris 6, in 1986 and the Doctorate of Sciences (Habilitation) from the University Paris 11, in 1994. He was first involved in the development of analog and digital models of nuclear power plants at Electricité de France (E.D.F.). Since 1995 he is a professor in automatics and informatics. His main research interests are computer-aided design of electronic circuits, and the applications of new stochastic global optimization heuristics to various engineering fields. He is also interested in the fitting of process models to experimental data, the learning of fuzzy rule bases, and of neural networks.

Dr. M.A. Jabbar is a Professor and Head of the Department AI&ML, Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He obtained Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from JNTUH, Hyderabad, and Telangana, India. He has been teaching for more than 20 years. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Bio-Informatics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Attack Graphs, and Intrusion Detection Systems. He published more than 50 papers in various journals and conferences. He served as a technical committee member for more than 70 international conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE, and Lifetime member in professional bodies like the Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA). He is serving as a chair, IEEE CS chapter Hyderabad Section. He is also serving as a member of Machine Intelligence Laboratory, USA (MIRLABS) and USERN, IRAN , Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE) Hong Kong , Member in Internet Society (USA), United States , Member in data science society USA, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Society of India (AIML), Bangalore.
Dr. Simon K.S. Cheung, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Hong Kong. Dr. Cheung is currently the Chief Information Officer of Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He received his BSc and PhD in Computer Science and Master of Public Administration from City University of Hong Kong and University of Hong Kong respectively. A Chartered Engineer and Chartered Scientist by profession, he was admitted as IET fellow, IMA fellow, BCS fellow, HKIE fellow, HKCS fellow. Dr. Cheung is active in research, with 1 research monograph, 35 edited books and 200 refereed articles in two distinct areas, namely, innovation and technology in education, and software and systems engineering. He has delivered 20 keynote speeches for international conferences. Among other consultancy roles such as programme accreditation for professional bodies, and consultancy for higher education institutions, he serves in the advisory board and editorial board for reputable international journals, such as the International Journal of Educational Technology in Higher Education (SSCI Q1), Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (SSCI Q1) and SN Computer Science (Scopus Q1). Awards in recognition of his achievements include the Outstanding Research Publication Award from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, 1st class Achievement in Computer Science and IT from Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Outstanding CIO Award from Hong Kong IT Joint Council, and Honour for Excellence, CIO Award from the CIO Asia.
