Doctor Ibrahim Vargel, MD, PhD graduated from Ankara Gazi Education Faculty Physics-Chemistry-Biology Department in 1977. Between 1979 and 1986, he worked as a teacher in secondary education institutions and as an administrative officer in Hacettepe University Hospitals Clinical Services while he was a student at Hacettepe University Sivas Medical Faculty. He completed his specialty education in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1997.
