Lucy L. Payne, Ph.D., is co-author of Academic Intervention Success: A Whole-Child Approach to K-5 Achievement and brings nearly 30 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education, with expertise in reading and math. She has held leadership roles on the Minnesota teacher licensure board, local school boards, and various community arts boards.
