Patrick Gray is Professor of Religious Studies at Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee. He is the author of Godly Fear: The Epistle to the Hebrews and Greco-Roman Critiques of Superstition (2004) and Paul as a Problem in History and Culture (2016).
